I came up with this myself, i know other people have come it with it themselves and stuff, but there can be more than one person who figured it out by themselves!!!

12 Dom (10+1+1)
9 FC (8+1)
12 Curses

1. Signet of Midnight {E}
2. Plague Sending (or touch, but sending is easier b/c its range)
3. Blackout
4. Empathy
5. Price of Failure
6. Parasitic Bond (insidous parasite, any self heal)
7. Wastrels Worries/Desecrate Enchants (any dmging spell really)
8. Rez Sig (if you dont bring this ill kill you)

Quite self explainitory, can be used as a Necro/mes as well.

Actually, it'll be easier for me to kill you since 1/8th of your bar doesn't help you do your job. That's 12% less toward your role and if I let you cast a res sig in a fight, I'm obviously asleep...

This looks like a nice anti-warrior build and Plague Sending is hot due to it's AoE capabilities. [unless they removed it...] With 12 curses, you REALLY should add in Enfeebling Blood with Shadow of Fear. [nail the mob with Shadow, and the off-warrior with empathy]

The Desecrate should be Rend Enchantments in my opinion. Price of Failure + Spirit of Failure [get some inspiration] I don't think this build is playing with all the possible stat points...

it's not a bad build. i agree with yakito, i do like shadow of fear/enfeebling blood with 12 in curses. thats better for gvg imo but if this is arena i think sig of midnight/plague touch/empathy is enough. i don't think having 12 in curses just for price of failure and parasitic bond is very efficient. price of failure is just more warrior hate and the way you'll throw blind around will be enough to shut down two warriors/rangers at a time. empathy will just help to put them down.

but the big issue is the ele or necro or even another mesmer that will have his way with you. blackout is all you bring for them. i understand just wanting to have fun with the warriors but you have plenty of room on your bar for some caster hate too.

shatter delusions
res sig

it's not great and i have no energy management. but the deepwound spike with e burn is great on anyone, diversion sucks if you're a caster and the warriors won't hit anything. if the monk keeps using mend condition or ailment on your blind fit diversion in there before he gets it off.

i'll bring leech sig or cry of frustration sometimes for res sigs. guilt or shame is nice for energy and you can keep domination high.

Just a thought, but I don't think that a warrior or ranger will keep attacking if they are blinded, hexed with empathy and price of failure...if they do then they are kind of a moron and deserve the quick death.

Unless you are planning on hexing someone with PoF and then blinding them and then putting empathy on someone else...

If the build is for RA, then it is my opinion that you should have Shatter (hex or enchant). You have 12 in dom, and there are LOTS of hexes and enchants in RA.

I also like to see a well placed Power leak in RA because the fights are so short it can really mess someones game up.

I like WW in RA because it gets people a little scared and off balance, especially if you use it after the first flurry of action when energy is starting to run down a little and many skills are recharging.

....but your build focuses more on attacker hate than caster hate, so most of what I said would be a total revamp of the build. I agree with holden that you have LOTS of Attb points dedicated for price of failure and parasitic bond. IMO you would be better off using Clumsiness for a big damage + interrupt and Illusion of weakness for a "self heal." Try it and see what you think (your illusion points should probably be at 12+1).

yes this is a warrior/ranger hate just to knock them useless pretty much.

i have toyed with illusion and ineptitude (more dmg like 135 now its awesome) and clumsiness for wars and rangers. Maybe putting shadow of fear and some others would be good, maybe changing domination to illusion would be best as well! ill go try it tomarrow and get some input
